I have just installed my Mopar High Performance Blow Off Valve that I got from Santa. The directions from Mopar are quite good so I will not try to improve on them.  I had read on the forums that one bolt was particularly hard to get to, so I was prepared.  Since I have over $5000.00 in hand and power tools, I figured I had whatever it would take. All I actually did need was a 10mm wrench, 10mm 1/4" drive wratchet, a flat screwdriver and a long pry bar. I did this install myself, and did not have a camera man, but again, Mopar has good pics in their instruction sheet.

Note 1: The module you remove is slightly spring loaded so it is better to take out the hardest (inside) bolt first.

Note 2: There is a cooling line next to this bolt so I used a long pry bar to hold it back a little so that I could get a wrench on the bolt.

Note 3: It seemed easier to reach through the air cleaner bracket and get to the two lower bolts from underneath.

Note 4: I used a little Permatex Spray Tack to hold the gasket onto the BOV.

Note 5: I did not move the Power Distribution Block, just the Air Filter and Housing.

This Blow Off Valve was purchased from Modern Performance, the same place we bought my Powder Coated Valve Cover.
